The Role
This 6-month Fixed term contract will be working closely with the Urology and Critical Care team and their customers to drive adoption of a recently launched product.
You’ll be providing in-services, training and clinical support to support the product roll-out and increase adoption across the breadth of the hospital landscape.
Your day will include
- Delivering in-servicing, workshops,
and training sessions for hospital staff
- Supporting product rollouts, trials, and evaluations
- Acting as a clinical resource
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful product roll out
- Provide feedback on market activity, including competitor insights and industry trends.
- Building strong relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product adoption
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on activities and outcomes
About You: You’re clinically-focused and commercially minded and looking to utilise your skills across the hospital.
You’ll bring
- Current nursing qualification and clinical experience (experience in ICU, Critical Care or Urology advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence to lead training sessions and engage with hospital teams
- Commercial mindset and willingness to learn sales processes
