The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager:

- Additional role being introduced to strengthen clinical overnight and provide more support to staff
- Shared clinical responsibility of our 129-bed Lake Cathie aged care facility
- Provide sound clinical leadership; empower and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care
- Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
- Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
- Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you:

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager in residential aged care
- Nurturing, supportive and approachable leader who sets explicit expectations and promotes collaboration to achieve team success
- Sound understanding the aged care standards and what is required to achieve accreditation compliance
- Energetic, passionate and with a positive attitude
- Committed to person-centred and relationship-based care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents
