We are currently recruiting for experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Full Time chance!

Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to take a senior position in our team providing care to patients within Theatre Recovery. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.

About

You

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 5 years post graduate experience with at least 3 years in PACU, in a senior role

Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance

Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential.

Overall, you are willing to take on the challenge of this role, to learn, extend and grow your career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $56.40 - $59.93 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications,



exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA RN/Midwife gr2.1- 2.4)
