WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking a Clinical Nurse - experienced in Community Health.

This position is in Three Springs WA though other locations in the Midwest may be available.

This role provides clinical services as part of the core community health programs such as immunisation, school health and child health.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated significant post graduate experience as a registered nurse.
- Experience in Child Health and/or School Health nursing including provision of immunisations.
- Ability to deliver culturally safe, person-centred care within a regional health service context – in particular maintaining confidentiality, trust and qualified boundaries.

Ability to work safely with limited supervision and manage a varied workload and prioritise service delivery needs.
