About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedOperations Support Manager tojoin our teamon the Sunshine Coast.This roleis responsible foroverseeing operational support services, includinginsurance coordination,travel and accommodation coordination, mobilisationsupport,receptionand administration services.You will ensure support functions are organised, productive and aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manageandcoordinateinsuranceadministration, claims coordination and supporting documentationincluding liaising with insurers,brokersand internal stakeholders.
- Lead the Travel, Administration and Reception teams, including rostering and workforce planning.
- Oversee the coordination oftravel,crew houseaccommodationand mobilisation activities.
- Leadadministration and reception services.
- Support workforce planning, operationalreadinessand business continuity activities.
- Drive process improvements across systems,proceduresand support services.
- Monitor priorities,risksand service delivery across the support function.




- Review service provider contracts for the facilities
- CoordinateITservices
- Assist with Conferencecoordination

About You

You will be a proactive leader who enjoys developing people, improvingprocessesandsupporting operational success.

You will have:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience leading administration, travel,receptionor operational support teams.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational improvements
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with insurance administration, claims coordination or governance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Aviation,logistics, emergency services,resourcesor similar operational industry experience.
- Experience in mobilisation, workforce planning, travel coordination, insuranceadministrationor project coordination.
- Lead a critical support function within a global aviation organisation.
- Play a key role in operational readiness and business improvement.
- Work with a collaborative and supportive team.
- Based in Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast, with occasional travel asrequired.
