We are seeking an experienced Warranty Coordinator / Service Advisor to join our busy caravan dealership in Beresfield. This is a fantastic chance for someone with previous dealership experience who enjoys providing outstanding customer service while managing warranty claims and service operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our customers, technicians and manufacturers, ensuring warranty and service jobs are handled efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage manufacturer warranty claims from lodgement through to completion.
- Liaise with customers, manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty approvals and repairs.
- Book and coordinate service and repair appointments.
- Prepare repair orders, invoices and warranty documentation.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication.
- Work closely with workshop staff to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process.

About You





- Previous experience as a Warranty Coordinator, Service Advisor or similar role within a dealership environment (automotive, caravan, marine or RV experience highly regarded).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence using dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
