Multi Skilled Operators & Civil Labourers - Solar Farm

Nextgen Civil Contracting are pleased to announce we have secured major civil works contracts on multiple private and government projects. We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Multi-Skilled Civil Labourers to join our team on a major solar farm project in Bungendore, NSW .

This is an excellent chance to join a professional civil construction team working on long-term renewable energy infrastructure.

About the Role

You will be involved in:

- Trenching for underground electrical infrastructure

- Operating excavators in and around live civil works

- Laser height and grade control

- Installation of conduits and associated civil works

- General earthworks and site preparation

- Working safely within a productive construction team

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience on civil or solar farm projects

- Proven trenching experience

- Experience working to laser levels and design grades

- White Card

- Tickets, SOA's





- Current driver's Licence

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Operators Must Have

- Relevant Excavator VOC or RII (preferred)

- Demonstrated experience operating 5-20t excavators

- Ability to excavate accurately around services and conduits

- GPS machine control experience is an advantage

Labourers Must Have

- Civil construction experience

- Ability to assist with trenching, conduit installation and reinstatement

- Plant tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Loader, etc.) are highly regarded
