We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waste Facility Customer Service Operators to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact at the gatehouse providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to visitors.
This can be a fast-paced role where you will need to respond to customer enquiries in a timely and skilled manner and provide information and directions.
To succeed in this role you will be:
Comfortable using computer systems and have an ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations. You will also be able to work weekend shifts on a rotational basis.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, however training is provided for this role.
