We are seeking Production Workers to join our team at our Toowoomba facility. This is a casual position that plays a vital role in our manufacturing operations. As a Production Worker, you will be integral to our assembly and process work activities, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards whilst maintaining safe and efficient production processes. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a casual basis, providing you with work-life balance whilst contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is within a Meat Drying Faciality focusing on dried Pet Food products and Jerky.

Key responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Assembling and processing components with precision and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Quality checking products at various stages of production to ensure they meet specified standards
- Following work instructions and specifications accurately to maintain consistency and quality
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisory staff immediately
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting colleagues to achieve production targets
- Participating in regular safety briefings and training as requiredAssisting with material handling,



packaging and labelling of finished products

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to operate machinery safely and follow standard operating procedures
- Good physical fitness and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Excellent health and safety awareness with a proactive approach to workplace safety
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual hours
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production requirements
- Forklift Licence Highly desired
