ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the National Retail Manager, the Cluster Manager is the driving force behind a high-performing team across multiple boutiques, delivering an exceptional brand experience at every turn. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example on the shop floor — balancing personal sales excellence with sharp strategic oversight of operations.

The role will

Brand Experience & Sales Growth

- Ensure consistency across all aspects of store performance within the cluster — sales, profitability and operational standards — while aligning with the brand’s strategic goals.
- Leading from the Front: spend the majority of floor time actively engaging in consultative selling, demonstrating “what good looks like” by achieving personal sales targets and driving high-value transactions.
- Lead by example in styling and wardrobing, ensuring every customer interaction is leveraged to increase Units Per Transaction and Average Transaction Value.
- Identify local market opportunities and execute initiatives that drive foot traffic and conversion, ensuring the cluster consistently outpaces historical performance.
- Discuss initiatives to enhance sales with the retail team and National Retail Manager, and problem-solve additional solutions for driving increased sales within stores.
- Monitor and analyse store KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.

Training & Development




- Lead and develop your teams to provide an exceptional customer and sales-focused culture through delivering in-store brand experiences that build brand loyalty and drive sales to achieve or exceed budget targets and goals/KPIs.
- Ensure strong onboarding and training is delivered by Store Management and experienced Stylists to all new team members in a timely manner, setting them up for success in their new role.
- Regularly provide coaching and development to team members to keep engagement high and foster a continued learning culture.

Retail Operations
- Monitor wages and review all store rosters on a weekly basis to guarantee strict alignment with allocated wage budgets and to maximize scheduling efficiency across the cluster.
- Oversee consistency in day-to-day store operations across allocated boutiques and concessions, focusing on maximising sales revenue, stock inventory, store presentation and rostering of staff, and ensuring achievement of all operational goals/KPIs.
- Support recruitment requirements as required and to brand standard.

Leadership & Culture
- Foster a positive team culture across all sites, promoting collaboration, inclusivity and mutual respect to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Inspire and lead diverse teams to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences in store with our clients.
- Act as a role model for the brand’s values, cultivating an environment that prioritises excellence, innovation and being customer focused.

Product & Compliance
- Actively analyse and assess product performance and opportunities within your stores; advocate for your cluster’s inventory needs by collaborating with the National Retail Manager to ensure the right product is in the right location at the right time.
- Increase the frequency of compliance audits, ensuring all locations strictly adhere to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)



legislation, company standards for cash handling, uniform policies, and general business operations.

Visual Merchandising
- Partner closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to ensure premium store presentation standards are maintained and that VM execution accurately reflects brand expectations and seasonal guidelines.
- Oversee and cascade to teams visual merchandising directives and promotional changes within stores, ensuring consistency in visual merchandising and brand presentation across all locations to meet high luxury standards.

YOU WILL BRING
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple retail locations (multi-site or cluster management) highly preferred, or 4+ years as a high-volume Flagship Store Manager.
- A proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable turning store data into action.
- A proactive, hands-on “doer” who thrives on the shop floor and makes things happen.
- Solid relationships and credibility built across the retail industry.
- A genuine passion for fashion, luxury retail and delivering a premium customer experience.
