We're seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a well-established Australian manufacturer specialising in steel access systems and fabricated steel products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, safety-focused organisation that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Working within a up-to-date manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for operating CNC fabrication equipment to produce high-quality steel products while ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.

About the Role

As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and operating CNC fabrication machinery, including plasma cutters, drilling lines, saws, and press brakes.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and production work orders.
- Performing quality inspections using measuring equipment to ensure products meet specifications.
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Working closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing schedules.
- Following all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience operating CNC fabrication machinery within a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience using measuring equipment and conducting quality checks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
