Drive Personnel is currently seeking experienced Coded Welders for upcoming shutdown and project work across multiple WA mine sites. Successful candidates will hold current welding qualifications with demonstrated competency in 5G/6G welding, along with proven experience working to AS/NZS and client-specific welding procedures. Candidates must be capable of producing high-quality welds in challenging site environments while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Previous experience in mining, oil & gas, heavy industry, maintenance, or construction projects is highly desirable. The ability to read and interpret welding procedures, technical drawings and fabrication plans, coupled with a robust commitment to safety and workmanship, is essential.
