Are you passionate about inspiring young minds in the world of robotics and coding? STEM Birds is looking for dynamic individuals to join us as casual Robotics Instructors. STEM Birds Pty. Ltd. is coding and robotic education institute which runs coding and robotic classes for primary students.
We are looking for enthusiastic person with computer programming skills and who knows how to interact and teach primary level students (Age group 5 to 15). As a Robotics Instructor at STEM Birds, you will have the prospect to: Ignite Curiosity: Inspire students to explore the exciting realms of robotics and coding through hands-on activities and engaging lessons.
Foster Creativity: Encourage students to think creatively, solve problems, and collaborate with their peers to build amazing projects.
Shape the Future: Play a vital role in nurturing the next generation of tech-savvy innovators, preparing them for a digital future.
Qualifications Strong background in robotics, coding, or related STEM fields. Qualification in IT/Computers is highly recommended. If you have teaching experience then it will be great Skills Required Programming knowledge , Teaching skills , Scratch block programming, Tinker cad programming ,
educational robotics teaching ( Training will be provided to the right candidate)
Experience working with children and a knack for making learning fun.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for sharing knowledge.
Willingness/enthusiasm to learn new skills necessary to deliver the class. (e.g. block coding concepts, education robots etc, if not already known)
Commitment for availability on the agreed time slot weekly for next 6 months. Required training and guidance will be provided to the right candidate so that she/he will be able to deliver necessary classes. Job type : Casual Robotics Instructor Start date : ImmediateJob location : Point cook / Tarneit / Manor Lakes in Melbourne.
Schedule: Flexible, based on class availability, Weekdays between 3 to 7 pm , Weekends between 10 am to 5 pm Number of hrs per week : 2 to 4 hrs.
