Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About The Role We are looking for a **support merchandiser in BONDI JUNCTION and surrounds (stores may include, but are not limited to, Coles Bondi Junction, Coles Bondi Westfield & Coles Edgecliff)

Up to 20 hours per week (average 14 hours per week)** Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being essential days. Key Responsibilities

- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful Candidate Will Have





- Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential)
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
