Due to continued growth, we're expanding our Command Centre team and looking for motivated, tech-minded individuals to join us.
Whether you're an experienced security professional looking to put your technical skills to better use, or a university graduate eager to start a career in the electronic security and technology sector, we'd like to hear from you.
This role goes beyond traditional alarm monitoring. You'll work within a modern Command Centre environment, using industry-leading security technology to protect people, property and assets across Australia.
You'll monitor alarms and CCTV, assess security events, troubleshoot technical issues, configure camera analytics, and play a critical role in real-time incident management.

Our Command Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a rotating roster across three shifts, so flexibility is essential.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms, incidents and security breaches.
- Assess incidents and escalate events in line with customer instructions and internal procedures.
- Maintain situational awareness and ensure only authorised individuals access client sites.
- Configure and manage camera analytics, including event triggers, alert zones and schedules.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues such as offline cameras, communication failures and system faults.
- Complete incident reports, activity logs and system notes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support reporting functions, including number plate recognition and other analytical data where applicable.
- Operate access control and security management platforms.
- Communicate professionally with customers, emergency services, field personnel and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying system issues and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
What we're looking for
Experienced Security Professionals
- Previous control room, monitoring centre, security operations or command centre experience preferred.
- Current NSW 1E Security Licence highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of CCTV, alarm monitoring and incident response procedures.
University Students & Technical Candidates
- Current university students studying Information Technology, Cyber Security, Criminology, Engineering, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Looking for practical industry experience while completing your studies.
- A genuine interest in technology, electronic security systems and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new platforms, systems and technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and making decisions under pressure.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, accountable and able to work effectively within a team.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

Licences & compliance
- Current NSW 1E Security Licence preferred (we can assist suitable university students with the licence application process)
- NSW 1E Security Licence must be obtained before commencing employment
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must be willing to complete a criminal history check prior to commencement
