Commercial Construction Solicitor | 1–10 PAE

Perth | Full-time, On-site | Specialist Construction Practice

A growing specialist construction law and dispute resolution practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation, Construction & Advisory Lawyer (1–10 years’ PAE) to join its expanding team.

This role offers a solid mix of construction and property disputes, commercial litigation, insolvency matters, and commercial advisory work, including contract drafting, risk advice, and dispute prevention strategies for construction and development clients.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on a varied and fast-moving caseload, with genuine exposure to both litigation and front-end commercial construction work.

About the role

- Construction, property, and commercial dispute matters
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits,



submissions, and legal advice
- Construction contract and risk advisory work
- Court appearances and dispute resolution support
- Direct client engagement and matter management

About you

- 1–10 years’ PAE in commercial litigation and/or construction law
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Interest or experience in construction and property disputes
- Confident communicator with advocacy exposure
- Organised, commercially minded, and team-oriented
