Richardson Plumbing Services Pty Ltd is a growing and respected plumbing company seeking an experienced Commercial Leading Hand Plumber to join our team. About the Role
As a Commercial Leading Hand Plumber, you will be responsible for leading a team on commercial plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will work closely with project managers, apprentices, and clients to deliver outstanding results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise plumbing teams on commercial projects.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Coordinate daily site activities and manage workloads.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
- Mentor apprentices and support team development.
Communicate effectively with builders, site supervisors, and project managers.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified and licensed plumber.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
- Previous experience leading a team or acting as a leading hand.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read plans and solve problems on site.
- Current White Card.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Excellent work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
