About the Company: This WA owned group delivers end‑to‑end civil construction, engineering, fabrication, maintenance, and infrastructure solutions across Perth. With a robust focus on civil construction and project delivery, the organisation brings deep capability in bulk and detailed earthworks, pavements and hardstands, drainage and underground services.

The group offers clients a true multidisciplinary service, managing complex infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.



With a strong based of repeat clientele that have recently secured a $250M project and are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the business.

Key Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Law.
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Manager on major infrastructure projects in excess of $200M+
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. You will be managing a team of 3 (2 x CA/QS and a Planner)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and proven experience dealing with an EPC/EPCM
- Experience overseeing both subcontractor agreements and self‑performed delivery models
- Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred
