What You’ll Do
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Everyday Rewards as the market leader. By managing and evolving our strategic partnerships, you will unlock new revenue streams, drive member engagement, and deliver measurable growth. You will be the commercial engine behind our loyalty ecosystem, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
- Identify, implement, and optimise loyalty mechanics and partnership strategies that directly impact commercial targets.
- Act as the central point of contact between Loyalty W-Retail teams and Cartology product and sales teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare financial reports, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Marketing, EverydayX and Cartology to secure buy-in and support for partnership initiatives.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a strategic leader with an appetite for growth and a genuine passion for customer value. You thrive on solving complex business challenges and are comfortable navigating large corporate environments to turn abstract ideas into tangible commercial success. You are a natural influencer who balances a data-driven mindset with the ability to tell a compelling story.
- Deep commercial and strategic business experience, with at least 3 years managing complex partnerships or ventures within large, matrixed corporations.
- Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end commercial results and revenue growth, with strong financial literacy to manage P&Ls;, forecasting, budget monitoring, and regular performance reporting on financial results, key metrics, and insights.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at the executive level, internally and externally, to drive consensus and strategic alignment.
- Experience constructing, presenting, and executing partnership strategies while leveraging data to optimize performance and customer outcomes.
- While not essential, experience in the Rewards or Loyalty industry, or targeted audience-based advertising, is highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running.
