The Position:
You will work across a genuinely broad property practice:
- Commercial leasing
- Commercial conveyancing
- General property law
- PEXA and Queensland Titles eLodgement
- Property development including community management statements, easements and subdivisions
- Business buy/sell transactions
- Direct client contact and practical matter management
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years PAE, up to 8 years, in private practice
- Experience in commercial leasing and commercial conveyancing
- Solid grounding in general property law -Familiarity with PEXA and Queensland Titles eLodgement
- Exposure to property development matters
- Experience in business buy/sell work
- A practical, client-focused and collaborative approach
