About the Role:
Based in the CBD fringe, this role will see you managing a varied portfolio of high-quality assets. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, responsible for delivering exceptional service and efficient property management using the Cirrus8 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mixed commercial, industrial, and retail properties
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and contractor management
- Prepare budgets, outgoings, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and lease terms
- Handle arrears, lease negotiations, and renewals
- Use Cirrus8 daily for property administration and reporting
About You:
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident with systems – Cirrus8 or MRI experience highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- A current Property Management Registration (WA) is essential
