Land Law Co is a growing regional NSW firm acting for landholders, farmers, business owners and families across property, commercial, estates, water and agribusiness law. We're modern, systems-driven and ambitious — and we're rapidly expanding all areas of our practice.

We're looking for a Commercial, Property & Estates Lawyer to run a varied caseload across property/conveyancing, commercial/business law, and estate planning and administration. You'll manage your own matters end to end, work alongside an experienced Principal on complex transactions, and help shape the firm's commercial and estates offering as we grow. We're open on experience — from early-career lawyers wanting real responsibility and mentoring, through to senior practitioners ready to hit the ground running.

We are looking for a lawyer who:

- Is admitted to practise in NSW (or eligible), with experience or a strong interest in property, commercial and/or succession law.
- Drafts well, thinks commercially and communicates clearly with clients — including families navigating sensitive estate matters.




- Enjoys managing your own files, from wills and estate planning through to probate and estate administration.
- Wants variety, growth and a genuine stake in a firm on the way up.
- Values regional life.
