The Role
We are looking for a Commercial estimator (sales) that is keen to make the next career move into the commercial world. The chosen candidate will work closely with the General manager and operations team to ensure sales targets are met. We offer excellent sales commissions and salary for the right person.
Your Duties
- Meeting Sales Targets
- Working with the CEO to establish targets
- Chasing current commercial Maintenance clients
- Liaising with customers
- Working closely with the General Manager
- Use Baker Roofing software systems to manage quoting
Your Experience
- You will have a minimum of 5 years Roofing experience in Metal Roofing. Advantageous for Tiles and Slate experience
- Excellent eye for details, ensuring all is quoted as per specifications
- You will have excellent presentation skills
- You will be somewhat computer literate. We use basic Microsoft products such as Excel, Work
- You pride yourself on quality workmanship
- You know how to measure roof areas plus all extras as needed
