? We're Hiring | Communications and Marketing Manager

? Permanent | 3–5 days per week This isn't a traditional marketing role. It's an opportunity to build one of Australia's most recognised sustainability brands. At Pharmacycle, we're transforming how Australians recycle healthcare products.

Since launching in 2022, we've recycled more than 170 million blister packs through a national network of 1,000+ collection points, with 100% of recovered material diverted from landfill and recycled here in Australia. But we're just getting started. As we expand into inhalers, medicine injection pens and other healthcare recycling streams, we're shifting from being a program that people use... to becoming a brand that Australians know and trust.

That's where you come in. You'll lead the next chapter of our brand. Rather than simply creating content, you'll shape how Pharmacycle is seen across Australia. You'll develop our communications strategy, build campaigns with major partners, strengthen our national media presence, grow executive thought leadership, and help position Pharmacycle as Australia's leading voice in healthcare recycling and circular economy innovation.

You'll work directly with our General Manager, Board, Sales Team and shareholders, leading a small team while collaborating with councils, pharmacy groups, retailers, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organisations across the country. We're looking for someone who:





✔ Thinks strategically but enjoys making things happen

✔ Has experience in brand, communications, PR or marketing leadership

✔ Understands partnerships and co-marketing, not just social media

✔ Can build influence through media, storytelling and thought leadership

✔ Wants to help create an iconic Australian sustainability brand Experience in sustainability, healthcare, pharmacy or recycling is an advantage, but not essential. What you'll be joining:
