Multiple Opportunities – Flinders Far North Region

Complete Personnel Group is expanding across the Flinders Far North Region, and we are excited to offer multiple opportunities. The position will be offered as full time, however there may be some flexibility. We are seeking enthusiastic, community‑focused individuals to join our team in the following roles:
- Community Projects Officer
- Case Manager
These roles offer meaningful opportunities to support participants on their journey toward employment, strengthen community engagement, and contribute to delivering high‑quality services across the region. Each position focuses on capacity building, community participation, and supporting employment pathways through well‑designed and impactful community projects.
Community Projects Officer – Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery, coordination, and tracking of Community Projects across the region
- Assist with logistics, scheduling, and organisation of project initiatives
- Maintain calendars, registers, and administrative records related to Community Projects
Case Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments to understand participant strengths, barriers, goals, and support needs
- Develop tailored Job Plans outlining clear employment pathways and actions
- Provide ongoing, one‑on‑one support to help participants progress toward employment
- Connect participants with training, work‑readiness activities, community supports, and job opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with participants to monitor progress and adjust plans
- Liaise with employers to understand workforce needs and match suitable participants
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high‑quality, coordinated service delivery
- Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Track participant outcomes and collect required evidence for claims and reporting
- Support participants to overcome barriers such as transport, training, documentation, or workplace challenges
- Promote participant engagement through positive, strengths‑based coaching
About You To be successful in any of these roles, you will bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using computers and digital systems
- A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- A current driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays
No industry experience? No problem.
