About the role:

Personal Carers workunder the direction of the registered staff to meet the individualcare needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner,ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant,homelike setting with a genuine interest in caring for theelderly, supporting their dignity and independence.
You will support customers with a variety of activities in theirdaily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing,food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship,lifestyle interests and reminiscence.
Week 2: Friday PM, Saturday PM, Monday Night Shift
Position 3 – Casual
Availability Monday – Sunday
What do you need for the role?
- Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriatequalifications and experience
- Willingness to work as a team member, relating to amulti-disciplinary team
- Highly developed verbal and written communicationskills
- Previous experience in a similar role is highlyadvantageous
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
