We are looking for aReceptionist andTreatment Coordinator to join our team, in a dual role position.

The dual role Includes:

- Welcoming and greeting patients on arrival
- Answer incoming calls
- Managing appointment scheduling and reminders
- Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions
- Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handling all practice administration, including email correspondence
- Work alongside our orthodontist at their initial consultation
- Present payment plans and payment options
- Opportunity to learn and grow across both Reception and Treatment Coordination roles

About You:

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills




- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable and a great communicator
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with work arrangements
- A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable using technology and managing administrative processes
