Operations Assistant – Apartments & Guest Services

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments across Sydney.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, staying organised and working across different apartment locations. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a friendly team helping ensure our apartments are ready for guests.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments across Sydney.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, staying organised and working across different apartment locations. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a friendly team helping ensure our apartments are ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver amenities and supplies to apartments.

- Assist with apartment inspections when required.

- Organise stock and supplies.

- Support linen and laundry coordination.





- Meet suppliers and assist with deliveries.

- Help with general day‑to‑day operational tasks.

- Provide friendly assistance to guests when needed.

About you

- Current Australian Driver Licence or currently in the process of obtaining one.

- Good communication skills.

- Reliable and well organised.

- Able to work independently.

- Comfortable travelling between different apartment locations.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
