We’re a small, local team based in Hervey Bay specialising in high-quality custom residential renovations and custom residential new builds. We’re proud of the standard of our work and we’re looking for someone who feels the same way about theirs. We work with clients who care about the result, which means we need people who do too.
We are requiring a committed, full-time team member who’s in it for the long haul, someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to grow with us.
ABOUT YOU
- Fully qualified Cert III Carpenter with experience across all aspects of residential building
- Self-motivated and takes pride in the quality of their work
- Comfortable working within a small team - both leading an apprentice and taking direction
- Good level of fitness is required – we do all of it, working at heights, lifting etc
- This is an on-the-tools role, not supervisory
THE ROLE
All work is local - every job is within half an hour of Hervey Bay. No long drives, no overnights.
We also offer genuine opportunities to learn and upskill within the company as we grow.
MUST HAVE
- Own work tools
- Experience in residential builds — this is non-negotiable

- High attention to detail, our clients expect the best and so do we
- Reliable and punctual
- A team player who communicates well
- Living in Australia
