Task & responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and maintain consistent service standards to support efficient operations, reduce stock shortages, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Plan and implement purchasing, marketing, and pricing strategies across online delivery and aggregator platforms, optimizing product offerings, analyzing sales performance, managing promotional campaigns, and maximizing revenue and profitability while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Design and implement promotional and advertising strategies to increase visibility and awareness of the business's products and services.
- Lead sales efforts by offering products to customers, providing expert advice on usage and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels, financial transactions, and other critical operational data for effective management.
- Develop and manage the budget for the establishment, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.




- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and professional development of staff, while preparing and maintaining efficient work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, support operational efficiency, and deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
- Ensure the establishment adheres to occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure working environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications & experience

- Proven background in store or retail management, or senior leadership roles within retail operations.
- In-depth understanding of convenience store operations and retail sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer service capabilities.
- Skilled in inventory control, logistics, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to perform and adapt effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic retail setting.
- Relevant qualifications in Retail, Hospitality, or Business Management are preferred.
