Position: Casual (approx 40 hours per fortnight) | Remuneration: $41.57 – $46.20 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Benefits

About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised, in‑home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life. Your care and support will foster a safe and nurturing workplace that promotes overall well‑being.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide person‑centred care tailored to each client’s goals and preferences.
- Assist with personal care (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming).
- Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection.
- Work closely with Care Partners and families to deliver consistent care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who genuinely care about supporting older people.

Requirements

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
- Experience working in home care or aged care.
- A caring, respectful,



client‑focused approach.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a National Police Check.
