The Successful candidate

Currently an prospect exists for a passionate Customer Service Administrator to join their team assisting clients through the Pre Site phase of their building journey. Responsibilities will include:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Nurture client files from sales tender to construction start
- Provide client updates and respond to client queries





Suitable candidates will require the following:

- Minimum 2 years administration or customer service experience
- Building industry experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
