We're working with a well established funds management services business in Brisbane to find their next Compliance Administrator.

This is a great entry point into a compliance career. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance, you'll start out heavily focused on the administrative backbone of the function, managing compliance registers, organising files and keeping oversight on policies and procedures, before broadening into monitoring, assurance and stakeholder engagement as you build your experience.

The business is happy to build the right person up from a fairly junior starting point, so attitude and organisation matter more than years on the clock.

You'll bring:

- Experience in a governance, compliance,



risk or regulatory role within financial/professional services desireable but not essential
- Solid administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, self starter mindset and strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort working independently while contributing to a supportive team
