This QLD-based construction company in a strong growth phase is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join their team. With various upcoming projects, this is an exciting time to join this company. This permanent full-time role will be based in their Fortitude Valley offices, which is located close to public transport connections.

Your recent role

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for the following:

- Performing end to end accounts payable and accounts receivable for projects
- Reconciling creditor accounts and bank accounts
- Liaising with creditors, project staff and stakeholders
- Assisting with providing administrative support, including answering the phone, ordering office supplies etc.

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful,



you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience working within the construction industry in an accounts-based role
- Experience with construction-based software
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
