As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team and help us deliver leadership development that supports and sustains positive change.
About the Role
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about leadership development.
You'll work across the full consulting lifecycle - from program design and architecture through to facilitation and co-management of accounts.
Your work will include
- Co-designing and developing leadership development proposals, programs and learning experiences
- Facilitating front-line leader, emerging leader and people leader programs
- Applying behavioural science and evidence-based practices that engage
- Co-managing client accounts and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting client diagnostics and leadership development strategies
- Collaborating with colleagues across Australia and Recent Zealand to deliver outstanding outcomes

About You
We're looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in leadership development, organisational development, and/or learning and development.
You will likely bring
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Facilitation skills and growing confidence in this area
- The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills
- Focus on balancing research and
- Curiosity and a desire to continually learn and grow
- A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team
- Flexibility to travel interstate when required
Qualifications Ideally, you'll have qualifications in:
- Psychology or
- Organisational Psychology or
- Organisational Development or
- Leadership, Learning & Development, or a related discipline
