Position Overview

Andes Management Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the administration of contracts, projects and services within the disaster restoration industry. The successful candidate will work with senior management, Project Managers, contractors, clients and relevant technical professionals to ensure contractual requirements, work orders, variations and project documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, interpret, maintain and negotiate contracts and variations relating to programs, projects and services.

- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues concerning contracts, projects, services provided and affected stakeholders.

- Manage the documentation and records associated with contracts, projects and services.

- Work with Project Managers, architects, engineering professionals, owners and other stakeholders to ensure project and contractual objectives are achieved.

- Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement approved decisions.

- Oversee work performed by contractors and report on variations to work orders.





- Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities.

- Collect and analyse project data and report on project progress, performance and outcomes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- A Diploma in Contract Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or a closely related field.

- A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in contract administration, preferably within the disaster restoration.

- Demonstrated experience administering contracts, work orders, contractor documentation and contract variations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

- High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to use relevant contract or project management systems.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, follow up actions and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to urgent requirements arising from disaster restoration projects.
