The Role

- Prepare, administer and manage subcontractor agreements
- Process progress claims, invoices and project-related financial documentation




- Manage variations and communicate contractual changes to clients and internal teams
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders regarding requirements and progress

The Criteria

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 3 plus years’ experience as a CA in commercial construction
- Local Adelaide experience and a strong subcontractor network highly beneficial
- Experience using Cheops software essential
