Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking a Contract Administrator to join our high-performing team on an exciting commercial project in Melbourne.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Administer contracts through our construction management software.
- Review and process subcontractor claims, supplier invoices, and delivery dockets.
- Issue and manage purchase orders.
- Prepare monthly prelim reports and cost forecasts.
- Take off quantities and estimate costs for alternative materials or methods.
- Ensure compliance with WHS during the tender and delivery process.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terms,



and risk identification.
- Ability to write comprehensive scope of works with a focus on constructability.
- Proven ability to reduce costs, increase profitability, and ensure legal compliance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities.
