The Opportunity We’re seeking a full commercial team to deliver a $400M 150 BTS apartment development.

You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers—contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a cooperative and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

- Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
- Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
- Tender Process: Assist with the preparation,



issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 5-10 years of construction experience
- Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects up to $100M
- Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management and construction management software Jobpac, Cheops
