- Design and implement practical operational workflows, service standards and measurable KPIs
- Hands-on training and guidance for clinical and front-of-house teams
- Conduct regular on-site reviews, identify gaps and deliver actionable improvement plans
- Advise on service pricing, client journey, marketing alignment and business growth
- Support pre-launch setup and ongoing post-launch performance tracking
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams
- Requirements Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Australian medical/aesthetic clinic management
- Familiar with Timely booking systems, cosmetic treatments and equipment
- Strong knowledge of clinic compliance and commercial operations Practical, hard-working and result-focused Excellent communication skills
- Suitable for experienced skilled managers seeking flexible consulting work
Pay: From $100.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW 2000
