About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join Silver Track Cleaning and Facility Services in Bundoora, Victoria . This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage cleaning and facility services operations across a designated area.

As Contract

Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring service quality, managing client relationships, and driving operational efficiency. This role is strategically important to our business, as you will directly impact client satisfaction, staff engagement, and profitability across your assigned territory.

What you'll be doing

- Supervise and manage cleaning and facility services teams across the assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Monitor service delivery quality and ensure all work meets or exceeds client specifications and expectations
- Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement
- Manage client relationships, address concerns promptly, and work to retain and expand existing contracts
- Schedule staff and allocate resources efficiently to optimise coverage and service delivery




- Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and procurement of cleaning supplies and materials
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain high operational standards
- Prepare reports on operational performance, budgets, and key performance indicators for senior management
- Respond to and resolve client complaints and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner
- Implement health and safety procedures and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Liaise with head office on matters relating to staffing, training, contracts and operational challenges

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning services or facility management industry, minimum 2years.
- Robust leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently whilst meeting deadlines
- Sound knowledge of cleaning and facility management practices, equipment, and products
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to the cleaning industry
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to use scheduling, reporting and management software




- Customer service focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality service outcomes
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the assigned area as required
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in cleaning, facility management, or business management are highly desirable
