What you'll do:

As a Contract Manager based in Sydney, you will be responsible for leading the full commercial lifecycle of key supplier arrangements for Workplace goods & services

- Oversee the end-to-end commercial and contractual lifecycle for assigned contracts by managing planning, execution, performance monitoring, and related activities in accordance with approved frameworks and standards.
- Ensure compliance and governance alignment by applying governance frameworks through accurate contract documentation and records, monitoring adherence to legislative, regulatory, and policy requirements, and supporting audit processes.
- Administer contracts across their lifecycle including variations, renewals, and extensions while retaining accountability for compliance outcomes and providing commercial input to ensure changes are documented and approved as required.
- Identify, assess,



and mitigate contractual risks through proactive commercial oversight in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of issues while seeking opportunities to improve value-for-money outcomes.
- Serve as the key commercial and relationship lead for assigned contracts by partnering with internal stakeholders to provide advice, guidance, and support so contractual rights, obligations, and governance requirements are effectively managed.
