What YouromDoing
- Mobilise, recruit, and lead a team of supervisors, schedulers, logistics, and field staff.
- Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery to agreed KPIs.
- Drive a safe, productive, and values-driven team culture from the ground up.
- Streamline compliance and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
