The Role

You'll manage residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement, delivering a seamless experience for clients every step of the way.

You will

- Manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish
- Prepare contracts and legal documentation




- Liaise with clients, agents, brokers and lenders
- Coordinate settlements and critical dates
- Maintain accurate file records
- Deliver proactive, professional client communication
