About the role Join Fremantle Ports as a Coordinator Talent Acquisition and play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, compliant, and people-focused recruitment outcomes across the organisation. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team,

Hiring Managers, labour hire providers and candidates, you'll coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, support workforce onboarding, manage recruitment systems and reporting, and help create an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across labour hire and permanent vacancies.

Schedule interviews, medicals, onboarding, inductions and pre-employment assessments.

Build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and labour hire providers.

Manage job advertising, recruitment documentation and candidate communications.

Coordinate reference checks, medicals, police clearances and employment screening activities.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting and data integrity within Oracle Recruitment.





Monitor labour hire engagements and ensure compliance with organisational requirements.

Support onboarding, workforce reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes.

What Makes

You a Great Fit Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, labour hire or HR administration.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience using recruitment, HR or workforce management systems.

Knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding and pre-employment screening activities.

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance and service delivery.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external providers.

Confidence working with data, reporting and recruitment administration.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualification: Certificate IV in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
