About the role:

You’ll be supporting workplace health and safety across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal safety systems. This is a practical, site based role where you’ll be working closely with staff, contractors, and management to promote a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct WHS audits and site inspections across operations




- Provide WHS advice and guidance to staff and management
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Assist with return-to-work and rehabilitation programs
- Contribute to emergency planning and response activities
- Support development and review of SWMS, risk assessments, and WHS plans
- Deliver WHS training sessions and information to staff
- Assist with ongoing WHS reporting and compliance requirements

About you:

- Experience in Workplace Health & Safety within construction, infrastructure, or similar environments
- Robust understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Certificate IV in WHS highly regarded
- Current driver’s license required
