About the role

As part of the Branch Staff team in Rooty Hill, you’ll help tradespeople and technicians access the products they need for their HVAC-R projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our high-performing talent hubs, designed to fast-track development and build your skills to confidently step into a future leadership position!

Working closely with experienced Branch Leaders, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibilities. A typical day involves:

Providing customer service and information about products

Offering quotes both in person and over the phone

Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment

Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives





Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles
