We are looking for passionate & experienced Food & Beverage (F&B;) Attendantsto support our F&B; operations across events, breakfast, cafe, and our waterfront restaurant, Boilerhouse.

The Opportunity
Working alongside some of the most creative and respected Hotel and Hospitality names in the industry, these roles form part of our Food and Beverage team that is ideas driven, ever evolving and guest experience focused.
As a F&B; Attendant , you willensure guests have a pleasant experience by providing attentive and efficient service. This involves setting up conference rooms, making barista coffee, greeting and seating customers, presenting menus, taking orders, and relaying them accurately to the kitchen, making recommendations, and serving food and beverage.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with daily opening and closing of outlets.
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service.
- Deliver complete, well-presented orders promptly to guests.
- Take orders accurately and manage transactions professionally.
- Maintain clean, well-set tables throughout the dining experience.
- Communicate special requests or dietary needs to kitchen staff.
- Confidently prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Support inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and a professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to support both opening and closing of the venue.
- Complete end-of-shift cashiering duties accurately.

Why you should apply
You have;
- Previous experience as an events staff, cafe all-rounder, waiter, or bartender; hotel experience a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments.
- Passion for food and quality dining experiences.
- Qualified, personable, and positive with excellent communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to varied shifts (mid-week, weekends, day/evening, public holidays).
- The physicality to move across a large site.
- High attention to detail with robust cleaning and service standards.
- Valid RSA and Food Handler certifications required.
