You’ll support adolescents and adults living with disability, chronic health conditions and age-related challenges across community, clinic and residential settings. The role offers variety and clinical autonomy, with opportunities to complete functional assessments, prescribe assistive technology, recommend home modifications, deliver rehabilitation programs and build client capacity to achieve meaningful goals.
