The role

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney team, acting as the go-to contact for freight forwarders and internal customers. You'll manage bookings, solve problems on the spot, and keep customers in the loop, no two days are the same.

What you'll do

- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving or escalating as needed
- Manage bookings for international air freight, meeting regulatory and carrier requirements
- Respond to calls and emails within carrier KPI timeframes
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Work across multiple cargo and reservation systems
- Spot and share process improvements
- Handle admin and reporting accurately and on time

What you'll bring





- 2+ years in customer service or admin
- Air freight, transport or logistics experience a plus (not essential)
- Minimum HSC or equivalent
- Dangerous Goods Awareness a bonus
- Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport fast
- Comfortable juggling priorities under pressure
- A positive, solutions-first attitude
